Cooked Vegan Dinner by Chef Barry Horton of Local Love Vegan Catering & Private Chef Services
MENU: Salad: Macadamia Miso Salad: Romaine Lettuce and cherry tomatoes, Avocado and Nori tossed with a Miso Macadamia dressing. Entrée 1: Cilantro Infused Tofu Satay Skewers with a Peanut Sauce: Skewers of Cilantro braised tofu a.With a side of rich and creamy peanut sauce b. and a second side of Moroccan Citrus Cilantro Dipping Sauce. Entrée 2: Creamy Brown Rice Vegetable LAsagna : Layers of Brown Rice LAsagna, Seasonal local Vegetables, herbed Tofu Ricotta, topped with a creamy "Alfredo" Sauce. Dessert: Meyer Lemon Parfait: Meyer Lemon Curd topped with a coconut whipped topping.

The San Francisco Vegetarian Society (SFVS) is a non-profit organization that has been working in the Bay Area for over 25 years promoting a vegetarian diet as a healthful and humane way of life.
The Society is run entirely by volunteers. We always appreciate help, whether it is available once in a while or on an ongoing basis. You can volunteer to help with a variety of activities, from coordinating our programs to helping at our events. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact us.
